Zoya was born into a long standing Indian establishment of 35 years running. The owner started off as an executive chef in 1982, and was determined to thrive in the area of King’s Cross. Inspired by the culinary arts of Indian fusion, he introduced ZoYa to bring a new modern take on dining.
